Progress on the bathroom

Hello all, it’s been forever and life has gone by so quickly.
I thought I would update you all on how my bathroom renovation was coming along.
As a quick progress find some snaps..showing the stages of renovation…
Having done the reno our shelves with minimal professional help I can soundly say I couldn’t be more proud.
Even the careful work in the waterproofing has shown us we can do this again another time!

Hot water cylinder to Rinnai 26 instant hot water unit $2450AU

The first step to begin our renovation was to remove the hot water cylinder, and install an external Rinnai 26 infinity instant hot water unit.
Today 2x plumbers, an electrician and my husband achieved this! Now we have a vacant spot where the large hot water cylinder used to be!
The cost for the instant gas unit with install and electrician cost $2450AU, and we get $150 cash back from Rinnai making a total install cost $2300AU.

Grey interiors

I’ve been thinking so much about my colour palette for my renovation and right now it’s a balance between grey and white.
It’s sophisticated, it’s abstract, unexpected and compliments my other 2 favorites- black & white!
“Grey or gray is an intermediate color between black and white, a neutral or achromatic color, meaning literally a color “without color.” It is the color of a cloud-covered sky, of ash and of lead. Wikipedia”
